My Approach To Sleep Training
Offering support and comfort to your child to help them learn and know they can fall asleep on their own
Nurtures them as they go through separation anxiety
Ensures their daytime schedule is working for them so they aren’t learning a new skill, like sleep training when they are overtired.
Having a good feeding schedule to help support your child’s feeding needs.
Slowly wean night feeds so we don’t cause more crying and night wake ups due to being hunger. We slowly wean these calories and push the feeds to the daytime. We support breastfeeding to ensure you don’t lower your supply. You can still keep a night feed if you want as well.
Helping your child learn to sleep in their crib and lengthen naps while still being able to rock them back to sleep to make sure they don’t get overtired or offer contact naps when you want to as well.
“Our sweet baby boy went through her sleep training program starting at 5 and a 1/2 months old. We went from short contact naps and multiple night wakings to him napping safely in his crib and sleeping 11 hours at night (with one night feed). He is happier and getting proper rest, and the bonus is, so are we! I am very grateful for Hannah and our healthy, great sleeper!
Update: Flash forward to 12-13 months old, Hannah has helped us navigate early morning wake ups and perfect a 1-nap schedule. Her nap guide is a great resource!”
